Overview

The Williams AV OM-20 is a student-friendly wireless handheld microphone for the Ovation classroom audio system. Using secure DECT 6.0 at 1.92–1.93 GHz, it provides clear, reliable voice transmission with dynamic frequency hopping for interference avoidance and up to 300 ft (91 m) line-of-sight range. Pair it with the OA-50 receiver/amplifier for consistent, intelligible sound throughout the room.

Built for daily pass-around use, OM-20 features a cardioid capsule tuned for speech, an anti-roll bezel, and a matte/satin black finish that wipes clean. A switchable Push-to-Talk (PTT) mode prevents “open-mic” chatter; auto power-off conserves the rechargeable battery; and a front LED window indicates pairing, battery, and charge status. Charging is via USB-C or the OC-20 drop-in charger (both available separately).
