What is the GoKnight.com return policy?
You may return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
We respectfully request that you return the product in its original packaging with all package contents.
The customer pays for the cost of return shipping. We can provide you with a return shipping label, if you would like. We will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your refund.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), then we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label.
How do I process a return?
LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT: If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
SEND US AN EMAIL: As an alternative, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate the return of an item.

How quickly will I receive my refund?
- Your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Depending on the payment method that you have selected (credit card, PayPal, etc.) the refund may take 3-7 business days to show in your account.
