What is the GoKnight.com return policy?  

  • You may return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).   

How do I process a return?  

  • Returns can be shipped to the following address:

  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  As an alternative, you can email us at info@goknight.com to coordinate the return of an item.

How quickly will I receive my refund?

  • Your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item.  Depending on the payment method that you have selected (credit card, PayPal, etc.) the refund may take 3-4 business days to show in your account.
