Overview
The Shure MXWAPT2 2-Channel Access Point Transceiver with ANIUSB-MATRIX USB Audio Network Interface is bundled together to provide users of Shure's Microflex Wireless conferencing system with both a 2-channel wireless access point and a USB interface with matrix mixing for the system. The bundle allows two wireless microphones and a USB device to access the conference system.
The MXWAPT2 from Shure is a two-channel access point transceiver that mounts to a wall or ceiling to manage encrypted, wireless audio connections with microphones. It can be used in meeting rooms and boardrooms when paired with Microflex wireless microphone systems and devices equipped with Dante digital networked audio (sold separately).
Featuring AES 256-bit encryption for secure transmission and bi-directional wireless capabilities, the transceiver is powered via a single Ethernet cable and is the hub of the audio signal flow. Also, the transceiver manages the RF stability of each microphone in the group. It includes a paint cover, a mounting plate, and a USB memory stick.

Shure ANIUSB-MATRIX USB Audio Network Interface
The ANIUSB-MATRIX USB Audio Network Interface from Shure is designed for audio/video conferencing installations in small and medium-size meeting rooms. It can be used to connect 4 Microflex Advanced or Microflex Wireless microphone channels via Dante (4 in/2 out), and provide analog connectivity to a room audio/video conferencing system or a PC-based A/V conferencing application via USB (1 in/out).
An internal matrix mixer offers flexible routing, allowing users to route any input to any output. A 4-band parametric EQ filter is also available on the analog and USB outputs. The ANIUSB-MATRIX is compact and easy to mount without an equipment rack.
- Connects 4 Dante audio inputs and 1 analog input to an A/V conferencing system or a PC-based videoconferencing application
- Flexible signal routing and connectivity: analog audio (1 block in/1 block out) to room A/V conferencing system; USB (1 in/out) to connect to laptop or room PC
- Power over Ethernet (PoE) eliminates the need for an outboard power supply
- Compact form factor is easy to mount without equipment rack
