Product Description
MicroLite Relay (Part # MLR-020G) rubber grommet relay for use on all MicroLite Relay 1000H and all MicroLite 600 panels. Rubber grommet relay.
Please note that this is the MicroLite MLR-020 relay and it includes a rubber grommet (the rubber grommet is the "G" at the end of the part number).
This is a new relay. If you want a used MLR-020G, then please see the following link: MicroLite rubber grommet style relay (MLR-020G) B-STOCK for MicroLite 1000/600 panels
MicroLite relay lighting systems are often found installed in schools, sports arenas, Little League baseball stadiums, libraries, and other public institutions.
The MIcroLite MLR-020 is a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) mechanically latching relay. The single solenoid coil design toggles the contacts to the opposite position with each operation. A unique feature of the MLR-020 is the actuator button that extends out of the top of the solenoid casing. This allows for manual operation of the contacts as well as providing a visual indication of the current state of the relay. A red band on the actuator button becomes visible when the main contacts of the MLR-020 are closed.
Features:
• Manual override/operation
• Visual indicator of contact state
• Provides true status feedback
• Heavy-duty latching contacts
• Suitable for electronic ballast control when driven by a MicroLite ZeroCross microcontroller
• Designed and manufactured by MicroLite

Guide Specifications:
Each controlled load circuit shall be connected through a single-pole, single-throw mechanically latching relay. The relay shall contain a single solenoid coil that toggles the load contacts to the opposite position with each operation. An actuator button shall extend out of the rear of the solenoid case to allow for manual operation of the contacts. The actuator button shall also provide a visual indication of the contact state. A red band shall be visible only when the contacts are closed. The load contacts shall be rated as follows: 20 A, 125 VAC Tungsten; 20 A, 277 VAC Ballast; 1.0 HP, 125 VAC; 1.5 HP, 250 VAC. Dual poke-home holes that will accept #10 to #14 AWG wires shall be provided for power wiring. Auxiliary contacts rated at 0.2A, 28 VAC shall be provided for pilot lights and feedback. Mechanical action shall be suitable for zero-cross control. All control and auxiliary contact wires shall terminate in a modular connector that attaches to the chassis electronics.
