Looking for a portable and versatile active subwoofer for live sound applications? Then look no further than the Mackie Thump115S, a powerful 15" subwoofer that complements any full-range speaker—especially the Mackie Thump and ThumpXT loudspeakers. This subwoofer is great for adding low-end to small club/band PA systems and features four application-specific voicing modes including flat, deep, punch, and variable.
The Thump115S features two XLR line inputs, two high-pass XLR outputs, and two full-range XLR outputs. There is a variable crossover control, polarity invert, a defeatable front-panel LED, and mono/stereo summing for single- or dual-subwoofer deployment. Two cut-through handles are offered on the upper side of the enclosure for easy transport and lifting. An M20-threaded pole mount is included for raising your full-range speakers above the audience for proper deployment.
