Leviton has discontinued all repairs as of January 2024. We have secondary service agencies that can do this repair; repair could take up to 3 to 6 months to complete.
Leviton Modular Dimming System (MDS) dimmer modules are used in conjunction with Leviton MDS (Leviton Macro) dimmer cabinets. Please note that this product is discontinued.This is for the REPAIR of an EXISTING Leviton MDSDM dimmer module.

Once you place this order, then within 1 business day we will email you with the RMA# and shipping address so you can ship this item out for repair.
You will pay for the outbound shipping to the repair agency and can choose the speed of shipment that works best for you.
Item will be repaired in 3-5 business days and then shipped back to you.
Please select the form of shipping that you would like for the return shipment.
Please note that on some occasions these units cannot be fixed. If this is the case, the we will send you the repair report with the attempted repairs.
