(Please note that the DUAL dimmer module is part #4-0012E and the SINGLE dimmer module is part #4-0023E).
Please note that the SINGLE dimmer module has two black switches on the left front side of the dimmer. 1 switch is an active switch. The other switch is not usable. Henceforth, this is a single dimmer unit.
If you need a dual dimmer module then it has two active black switches on the left front side of the dimmer.
