This is a Leviton factory repair of your existing control module. Part #600-904.

Once you place the order, then the following will happen:

Specifications • The control module shall be a plug-in assembly containing all active electronics in the pack and consisting of a formed steel chassis, one or two glass-epoxy printed-circuit boards, and a handle for easy insertion and removal. All control modules shall have signal, airflow, and power indicators visible from the front of the rack, in addition to three phase trimpots and a reset switch accessible from the front of the module. The power indicator shall blink if any phase is missing or incorrectly wired. A thumbwheel is accessible through the front panel to set the rack number. A test switch is also provided to allow dimmers to be activated without a control system attached to the rack. The control modules shall accept either Colortran protocol (156K baud) or DMX512 protocol (250K baud).
ENR Universal Control Module • The Universal Control Module shall have all the operational characteristics of the Remote Control Module. The Universal Control Module shall accept any of 3 standard multiplex dimmer protocols, as well as individual analog control for each dimmer. A switch in the front of the module shall select either DMX512 or AMX192 protocol. A selector switch designated "Status/Other Control Consoles" shall select whether 12 volts are supplied to the control console. This allows the control console to receive its power directly from the control module. 24 dip switches shall also be supplied on a PC board to enable each dimmer to be changed individually to a non-regulated Non-Dim.
