This part is also identified as CTP-166-393 (Leviton part #TZCMD-005-29P). This could have been manufactured by Lee Colortran, Colortran, NSI, or Leviton.

Although this part is no longer manufactured new, it can be factory refurbished/repaired.
We will provide you with an RMA# and shipping instructions for you to ship the bad control module out for repair. (You will pay the cost of shipping to send the item out for repair).
