The warranty on the Johnson Systems (JSI) Retrofit Control Module MAY be VOID, unless it is installed by a Johnson Systems certified system commissioning agency (such as Knight Sound & Lighting Inc). The status of the warranty will be determined by Johnson Systems (JSI).

JOHNSON SYSTEMS INC. (JSI) products are manufactured to the highest possible standards. JSI warrants all manufactured "finished goods" to the original purchaser for a period of two (2) years. Warranty on "system level" product is contingent on the purchase and installation through an authorized JSI dealer or agent. This warranty is limited to the product only and that the product shall be free from any defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal usage and service. Warranty is also limited and subject to full compliance with the supplied installation procedures. JSI reserves the right to validate warranty claims at its sole unfettered discretion. JSI's sole responsibility under this warranty shall be to replace or repair any product which has been deemed defective upon inspection by JSI or authorized agent. WARRANTY IS VOID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: IMPORTANT NOTE: We always recommend upgrading adjacent racks at the same time due to wiring interaction between the racks. There are dealers that do these one rack at a time but they do so at their own peril and must ensure complete isolation between racks in such a case. We would not offer any warranty on a single MX-3000 in a multi rack configuration.
