19″ Universal Dimmer Controller

A 19″ rack mount version of the CD-3000+ provides a universal brain transplant for virtually anyone’s aging dimmer rack that utilizes pulse width modulation (PWM) for forward phase control of standard solid-state relay (SSR) driven dimmers. Contains all standard CD-3000+ features including dual DMX inputs, optional ethernet input, analog inputs, dry contact inputs and more. Measuring only 3 RU’s in height, this unit will control up to 96 dimmers via terminal block or RJ45 connector for ease of remote wiring between the CD-3000+ and the dimmer rack. An optional 4RU wall mount enclosure is available for a fast, low-profile professional installation.

The CD-3000+ is a next-generation retrofit electronics package designed specifically for any vintage of Strand CD80 or Strand/Signify C21 dimmer rack. The CD-3000+ will replace the aging control electronics of the existing dimmer rack making system replacement unnecessary. This UL Listed, full-featured state-of-the-art unit provides a low-cost digital interface to any of today's modern lighting communication protocols.

Intuitive LCD user-interface combined with a single modular design makes the CD-3000+ extremely user-friendly and easily serviceable. Johnson Systems Inc. products are ETL listed and comply fully with UL508 and CSA22.2 No 184 electrical safety approvals. This Internationally recognized safety approval covers the entire assembly specifically for installation into an existing UL approved enclosure (OEM rack) and in no way compromises the electrical safety of the overall system.
