JOHNSON SYSTEMS INC. (JSI) products are manufactured to the highest possible standards. JSI warrants all manufactured "finished goods" to the original purchaser for a period of two (2) years. Warranty on "system level" product is contingent on the purchase and installation through an authorized JSI dealer or agent. This warranty is limited to the product only and that the product shall be free from any defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal usage and service. Warranty is also limited and subject to full compliance with the supplied installation procedures. JSI reserves the right to validate warranty claims at its sole unfettered discretion. JSI's sole responsibility under this warranty shall be to replace or repair any product which has been deemed defective upon inspection by JSI or authorized agent. This warranty is contingent on full compliance with the terms of payment as shown in "Terms and Conditions" below. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties or claims expressed or implied including those of product application or other liabilities or obligations on the part of JSI.
