To register for the extended warranty, you must provide the following information on our website: Personal details (Name, E-mail, Country of Residence) Product information (Name of model, Serial Number) Dealer information (Name of the dealer at which the product was purchased Date of purchase Proof of purchase (Invoice or similar documents) This warranty does not limit the statutory rights of consumers as defined by applicable national law, nor does it affect the rights of consumers in relation to the dealer or national distribution companies. The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (original or copy, including the purchase date). Products that have altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers are excluded from the warranty coverage. The warranty addresses defects due to material and/or manufacturing faults present at the time of purchase and excludes damages resulting from: Improper installation and connection Misuse for purpose other than intended Noncompliance with the user manual Modifications to the speakers or the use of defective or inappropriate auxiliary equipment Repairs or alterations made by unauthorized individuals Accidents, lightning strikes, water damage, fire, heat, war, civil disturbences or any other event beyond the control of EVE Audio.
