| 2. Once you place your order, then we will email you with an RMA# and shipping instructions so that you can ship your item out for repair. |
| 3. Please note that it may take up to 1-business day for us to send you the RMA# and shipping instructions. |
| 4. You will pay for the cost of outbound shipping on the repair. You can also decide the speed at which you want to ship the item out for repair. |
| 5. Please provide us with any technical notes about the issues that you are having with this product, so that they can be address during the repair of the unit. |
| 6. The repair will take approximately 1-2 weeks from the date of receipt of the item. |
| 7. The repaired unit will then be shipped back to you via the outbound shipping method that you select with this order. (Free, Ground, 2-Day, Overnight). |
