| 2. Once you place your order, then we will email you with an RMA# and shipping instructions so that you can ship your item out for repair. |

| 4. You will pay for the cost of outbound shipping on the repair. You can also decide the speed at which you want to ship the item out for repair. |
| 5. Please provide us with any technical notes about the issues that you are having with this product, so that they can be address during the repair of the unit. |
| 6. The repair will take approximately 1-2 weeks from the date of receipt of the item. |
| 7. The repaired unit will then be shipped back to you via the outbound shipping method that you select with this order. (Free, Ground, 2-Day, Overnight). |

The Unison Repeater module is installed in the ER4 in either of the two slots above a CME or CMEi. The repeater module provides power for five additional LCDs (or other stations requiring AUX power) on the AUX power line and repeats the link power for up to 32 stations.
