    Overview

    The ENTTEC 73310-NA3-24V-RGBW40-60-10 is a high-quality 24V constant-voltage RGBW (4000K) LED strip designed for professional architectural and entertainment lighting applications. Featuring 60 LEDs per meter, it delivers vibrant, saturated colors alongside crisp, neutral white light for excellent color accuracy and creative flexibility.

    Fully dimmable when used with ENTTEC’s CVC4 constant-voltage dimmer, the strip provides smooth, flicker-free performance with precise output control. Its flexible design allows easy cutting and joining to suit custom layouts, while the robust 4 oz copper substrate ensures superior heat dissipation, minimal voltage drop, and consistent performance over runs of up to 10 meters, delivering long-term reliability and durability.

    Product warranties All warranty service for original customers is provided by ENTTEC. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, if any, to the warranty location. This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, any other acts of nature/God, mishandling, dropping, or infestation are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is also void if the manufacturer determines that the product has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return shipment. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty. Damaged products All claims must be made within 15 days of the date of shipment (not receipt) for all deliveries. The claim can be initiated by you or a Enttec.com representative. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. Enttec.com will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period. Defective products Enttec.com offers a 30 day (from date of shipment) replacement or credit policy for defective products. Customers who do not want an item repaired or replaced can request a return merchandise authorization (RMA), however a 15% restocking fee will be assigned to cover testing, repair, cleaning and repackaging expenses.
