Overview
Replacing the AT-ART9 as the company's flagship magnetic core dual moving coil cartridge, the Audio-Technica Consumer AT-ART9XI is designed to deliver premium turntable playback for vinyl enthusiasts, providing nuanced character, distortion-free sound quality, distinct separation, and clear localization.
The specially designed magnetic circuit allows the AT-ART9XI to achieve a strong output voltage of 0.5mV, which enables wide dynamic response. Extended frequency response and heightened separation are made possible by dual moving coils—configured in an inverted V shape—as well as the special line contact stylus and solid boron cantilever. The AT-ART9XI includes a complete hardware kit for easy installation to a headshell or integrated tonearm.
