Nicolaudie Group warrants to the original purchaser that its products* are free of defects in workmanship and materials for a 2-year (730 days) period from the date of purchase. For warranty service you must obtain a Return Authorization number (RMA#) before sending back the product. Please contact Nicolaudie tech support to request that authorization number and receive the return procedure. All shipping charges must be pre-paid. If the requested repairs or service (including parts replacement) are within the terms of this warranty, Nicolaudie Group will pay return shipping charges. This warranty is void if the serial number has been altered or removed; if the product is modified in any manner which Nicolaudie Group concludes, after inspection, affects the reliability of the product; if the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than the Nicolaudie Group factory unless prior written authorization was issued to purchaser by Nicolaudie Group; if the product is damaged because not properly maintained as set forth in the instruction manual. Nicolaudie Group excludes and expressly disclaims liability for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising out of the sale, installation, maintenance, use or failure of any Nicolaudie Group product. In all events Nicolaudie Group’s liability will be limited to no more than the purchase price paid for the product.
