    The hall effect card is found in the Colortran ENR/Topaz 24 and 96 dimmer racks. 

    The hall effect card is used for the monitoring and safety shutdown of the dimming system if one of the fan(s) shuts down and/or is not spinning fast enough. 

    This is a safety device on the dimming system.
