City Theatrical, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the equipment offered will be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, units will be repaired or replaced at the option of City Theatrical, Inc. The warranty does not extend to any parts of the unit that have been subjected to misuse or accident. Neither does the warranty cover any product that has been modified or repaired at other than an authorized repair station. The warranty will not apply if procedures described in any Operations Manual are not followed. This warranty does not include shipping to or from City Theatrical Ltd. Unless otherwise stipulated by law, all warranties, expressed or implied, are limited to the period of this warranty. Customers requiring repair of their equipment should obtain an RMA# from City Theatrical. Equipment should be suitably packaged, including a note with the owner's name and address and a description of the reason for the return. Ship package prepaid and insured. City Theatrical cannot be responsible for loss or damage in shipment. UNLESS EXCLUSIONS ARE SPECIFICALLY FORBIDDEN BY LAW, CITY THEATRICAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY.
