LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY This Limited Warranty is extended by Avlex Corporation to the owner of any Superlux product distributed by Avlex Corporation and purchased in the United States of America, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands. Avlex Corporation will repair or replace, at its sole option, any covered Superlux product that fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within two years following the date of the initial user purchase. Product failure caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper wiring or improper installation is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any loss of time or income that may be caused by the failure of a warranted product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
