Product Description
Audio-Technica ATW-DR3220LKDF2 D50-Series Dual-Channel Digital Wireless Rackmount Receiver (DF2: 470 to 608 MHz)
Overview
The Audio-Technica ATW-DR3220LK Dual-Channel Digital Wireless Rackmount Receiver is a half-rack receiver designed for the D50 digital UHF wireless system, delivering exceptional sound quality, RF stability, and operational flexibility for professional wireless applications. With Audio-Technica LINK connectivity, switchable RF modes, and expansive tuning bandwidth, it provides reliable performance and flexible channel planning, even in complex RF environments. Built-in DSP, network management, and secure AES256 encryption make it well suited for live performance, installed sound, meeting spaces, and other demanding applications. The receiver includes a short and long rack ear kit, power supply, antennas, and front-mount antenna kit.
Flexible RF Performance for Challenging Environments
The receiver operates in either Normal mode using Antenna Combining Diversity or Robust mode using MRC True Diversity for enhanced RF stability. Its tuning bandwidth of up to 138 MHz in the U.S. supports flexible frequency coordination, while HD mode expands channel capacity from 17 to 47 frequencies within a 6 MHz TV channel. Up to four receivers can be LINKed without the need for additional antenna distribution hardware, requiring only a single pair of antennas.
Integrated DSP and Network Control
Onboard DSP provides a high-pass filter, 4-band EQ, and compressor for each channel before the audio enters the signal chain, reducing the processing load on consoles and external DSP. Spectrum analysis, IR sync, and Wireless Manager software simplify setup, monitoring, and configuration, while advanced tools such as walk testing, multipoint receiver functionality, firmware updates, and onboard project storage streamline system management.
Reliable Power and Professional Installation
The ATW-DR3220LK receiver can be powered by the included AC adapter or via PoE+, with PoE+ also serving as a redundant backup should AC power be interrupted. Audio-Technica LINK networking supports monitoring and device configuration, while mixed-output capability provides added flexibility when input channels are limited. The included short and long rack ears allow installation in either a half-rack space or paired with a second receiver in a full-rack configuration. The receiver also supports AES256 encryption and is TAA-compliant for the U.S. market.
Compatible Transmitter Options
The D50 wireless system supports a range of transmitters to suit different applications. ATW-DT3202 handheld transmitters are available with a variety of dynamic and condenser microphone capsules for added flexibility. ATW-DT3201 bodypack transmitters are designed for use with lavalier microphones, headworn mics, and instrument cables terminated with Audio-Technica's cH-style screw-down 4-pin connector. For discussion and conferencing environments, the ATW-T3207 desk stand transmitter features a configurable talk button with three operating modes and provides 24V phantom power for compatible quick-mount gooseneck microphones.
