Holiday Shipping 2021
This year it's best to Shop Early for the best hopes of receiving your holiday gifts in time. The lighting and sound industry is currently challenged by global supply chain and logistics issues. This means that some products will not ship out as quickly as they would normally. Also, shipping carriers may not be able to guarantee delivery times due to the heavily increased volume of packages in the US shipping system. We are doing our very best to pull in inventory as rapidly as possible. We will keep you up to date with the status of your order. Our best advice is to SHOP EARLY.
1. All orders over $49 ship free via an economy service such as USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground.
2. Our shipping cut-off time is 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed later than 2 PM will ship out on the next business day. If the item has a lead time or is in pre-order status, then it will not ship until it is available to ship.
3. We ship out orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
4. We will do our very best to keep you informed of any lead times or on your order.
5. Overnight shipping is next business day overnight shipping and the cut-off time for order placement is still 2 PM Eastern Standard Time. If the item is in pre-order status or has a lead time, then it will ship out via overnight shipping as soon as the order is ready to release.
6. Orders to business addresses will only deliver on weekdays. Some orders to residential addresses can deliver on the weekends if FedEx shipping is selected as your shipping option.
7. We will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday from Wednesday, November 24, 2021 - Friday, November 26, 2021. We will be closed for Christmas Eve Day (Friday, December 24, 2021). We will not be shipping out on these dates.
